When will my order be shipped?
With our standard turnaround, it will take no more than seven business days for your
order to be prepared and shipped from our facility.
What if I need my order shipped sooner?
We offer 4-day and 2-day turnaround options for an additional cost.
Can I place an international order?
Yes, we have an international shipping option.
How do I track my order online?
We will email you a USPS tracking number as well as a link to the USPS tracking page.
How much does shipping cost?
During checkout, there will be a USPS shipping calculator with various shipping options that you may choose from.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal™ as our payment gateway. PayPal™ accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover Card®.
How can I inquire about or change my order?
You can contact us via our contact page or send us an email at: admin@drinkmydrink.com . Please include your order number and the name you used for your purchase.
What is the return policy?
This is a custom service so we do not accept any returns. In the unlikely case of a damaged package, please contact us with a description of the damage and we will try to replace your order accordingly.
Will you name the same drink more than once?
No, we make sure that every drink is at least a little unique.
Will you allow two different drinks to have identical names?
Again, no, we make sure that every drink has a unique name. However, if the name you would like to use has already been taken, we allow you to add a number to the name to make it unique. (For example, if “Tozoni Grape Escape” is already taken, you may name your drink “Tozoni Grape Escape II”.)
Are there any limitations on what I can name a drink?
We recommend that the name you choose for your drink is between 1-30 characters long but can be up to 60 characters long. (Characters include letters, numerical digits, and common punctuation marks.) Also, since we make sure that every drink has a unique name, we may ask you to change your proposed name if it has already been used. (For example, if “Tozoni Grape Escape” is already taken, you may name your drink “Tozoni Grape Escape II”.)
What do I get when I name a drink?
You get a custom certificate that displays the chosen name, the recipe, a photo of your drink, and an official Drink My Drink seal. You may also order your certificate to come in a frame. We also give you the option to include your drink on our online registry; this registry is optimized for sharing your custom drink on any social network easily. You will have the option to opt-out of this service before you purchase your drink. After your purchase, you can send us an email to opt-out at: admin@drinkmydrink.com
Why does DrinkMyDrink.com just display an image of my drink instead of the full certificate?
Our online version of your drink is designed to be easily shared. Therefore, we have a bigger image designed to be seen more clearly as well as have the recipe written out in a format that can be easily viewed, copied and pasted, ready to be sent to all of your friends.
